Intranet and LMS for global care hospital

Global Care Hospitals wanted a centralised platform that effectively managed news feeds and the submission of feedback and suggestions, along with innovation hubs, legal and statutory compliance display with tracking, HR onboarding and approval processes, and handling the training calendar that reflects the LMS data across the entire hospital. 

We addressed this challenge by using a multi-solution approach. Posting and viewing news and alerts, and forms for feedback and suggestions submissions were powered by SharePoint. These forms also powered the innovation hubs for submitting ideas. The SharePoint-driven compliances section displays department policies, procedures, and forms with reader tracking to ensure staff compliance.

The employee directory is integrated with user profiles allowing them to access the LMS seamlessly. HR onboarding involves admin-uploaded new employee information, approval processes for creating new users, and an SMS-based login credentials distribution system. The specialised onboarding training module uses Moodle LMS to display physical and online training sessions. The training calendar showcases data from Moodle LMS, including calendar events, grades, user grades, course completion dates, feedback details, certificates, and more.
